One book I would like to recommend for all of my clients/potential clients/readers is a book called,

"The Wisdom of the 5 Messengers: Learning to Follow the Guidance of Feelings." This book is really important because with all of my clients I am educating them and trying to help them learn to listen to their bodies, emotions and instincts. This book educates readers all about the importance of your emotions and being able to reconnect with your instincts and inner wisdom. It is the very start of being able to heal. Important book for anyone who is interested in starting their journey of healing and growth.
