"Coloring Mandalas 1"

Drawing mandalas is a meditative practice, a healing exercise in times of crisis, and a pleasurable act of creativity. They are a symbol of the Self that provides a connection to our innermost being. These mandalas are organized according to the Great Round of Mandala, a scheme of twelve archetypal stages that represents a complete cycle of personal growth. Thus, to do the coloring book from start to finish will carry the reader through a balanced experience of change, guided by the accompanying text.

"Coloring Mandalas 2"

Coloring the circular designs known as mandalas is a creative activity that brings relaxation, healing, and self-understanding. The mandalas in this book aim to: Help us understand ourselves and our place in the scheme of things Evoke a sense of harmony, order, and fulfillment Provide relaxation and a soothing balance for hectic lifestyles

"Coloring Mandalas 3"

The mandalas in this book are specially designed to provide a creative encounter with the Divine as a feminine presence. The archetypal imagery of the circle—appearing in the form of organic shapes of nature, the curves of the female body, the womb and childbirth rituals, etc. celebrates the full range of the sacred feminine, from gentle and motherly to fierce and challenging.

"Mandalas for Power & Energy"

This book of Mandalas includes pictures from all over the world. They were specially selected to release one's energy and sense of personal power. These adult coloring books are extremely healing and have been used throughout history for personal expression, healing and growth.

Special Note to My Clients:

I recommend using coloring for self-reflection, tuning into the sacred and doing non-verbal, focused work. As I share with my clients frequently, talking is not enough to heal one's wounded soul. Non-verbal work is a critical aspect of deep healing work. I have selected these books on coloring Mandalas for their specific healing tasks.
